Place is upstairs and has a good number of fans. Was a very hot day and the place was notably cooler. WiFi available and password prominent is on the wall, which I appreciate.”

Do you want the national dish of Barbados; flying fish with cou-cou? Then don't miss this place. The flying fish is tender, with a delicate crispy exterior. The Cou-cou is very flavorful, and is surrounded by a savory sauce. Accompanied with a piece of squash and plantain. Great experience. I would compare this to local home cooked affordable food. Staff is very much a part of the experience, as they are professional and attentive. Skip Subway and Burger King. Head to Mustors for a memorable meal, that is inexpensive, with excellent value, vibe, and setting to match.”

“Mustors is literally a Bajan institution at this point. Excellent local Bajan food done right with high quality and great service conveniently located right in Bridgetown. I have been going to eat at Muster's since I was in secondary school many years ago when my father would take me at least once a month for lunch. I have since moved overseas and my dad passed on but I continue to go to Muster's whenever I am in Barbados visiting family. Dad's favorites were the fried pork chops and the fried flying fish. Mine is the fried chicken, steak fish and field peas and rice. Highly recommend Mustors for a true Bajan authentic food experience. Every single thing on that menu is top notch and whenever I am there it feels like I am truly home in Barbados.”
